We work closely with your endocrinologist and primary care physician to make sure your eyes are as healthy as possible. Our doctors are trained to diagnose early retinal changes from diabetes and can intervene before any vision loss occurs. If you, or someone you know, has diabetes, it is critical to get an eye exam annually to assess the health of the blood vessels and retina.
Dry eye treatment
Do your eyes feel dry, irritated, or gritty? Do they excessively water throughout the day? These are common symptoms of dry eye disease. Dr. Erin has years of experience treating dry eye. She will first determine which type of dry eye you have – there are multiple different types – and will then target a treatment plan specifically for your type of dry eye.
Retinal Imaging
At Cascade Eye Care, we use advanced ocular imaging technology to evaluate the health of the eye. The pictures generated through retinal imaging help us identify problems with your vision and can also help diagnose other medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, or even brain tumors.
Ocular disease care- glaucoma, macular degeneration
The doctors at Cascade Eyecare have spent years treating and managing patients with glaucoma and macular degeneration. Our advanced ocular imaging technology allows our doctors to monitor these conditions and detect even the slightest changes in ocular health.
