Erin Follen
Optometrist
Dr. Erin Follen has been practicing Optometry in Bend for 8 years and in February of 2023, purchased Cascade Eyecare from Dr. Steckman.
Erin was born and raised in Portland. She attended Oregon State University (Go Beavs!!) and graduated at the top of her class from Pacific University College of Optometry. She married her high school sweetheart, and they have 3-year-old twin daughters. In 2022 they moved to a ranch in Sisters and have been slowly renovating the entire property in their free time.
Erin practices full scope optometry and has extensive experience diagnosing and treating numerous ocular diseases such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and cataracts. She also has a passion for treating dry eye disease. If your eyes have been red, irritated, dry or gritty, come see what relief feels like!
Elizabeth (Liz) Potvin
Optometrist
Dr. Potvin has been practicing Optometry and loving it now for 20 years. Originally from Michigan, moved to Oregon over 13 years ago to continue her career. She enjoys all of what Central Oregon has to offer: Skiing, hiking and just being outdoors with her husband, son and Aussie. Her specialties include primary care Optometry, pre and post op care, dry eye, and medical eye exams. She is always happy to accept new patients.
